On August 25, 2024, the Eta Nu Nu Chapter joined Windsor STEM Academy for the Windsor Clap-In, welcoming students back to school with enthusiasm and encouragement. Brothers of the chapter lined the entrance, applauding students as they began the new school year. The event celebrated the promise of a bright academic future and reinforced the chapter's commitment to supporting youth education.
On August 3, 2024, the Eta Nu Nu Chapter hosted its signature event, Purple Nights, blending sophistication with a commitment to service. Attendees enjoyed fine wine, live music, and camaraderie while supporting the chapter's community initiatives. The event, marked by its elegance and purpose, was a night to remember.

On August 5, 2024, the Eta Nu Nu Chapter hosted its annual Swing for STEM golf tournament, bringing together golfers and supporters to raise funds for STEM education. Participants enjoyed a day of friendly competition on the greens, all while contributing to the chapter's efforts to inspire and educate the next generation of innovators. The event was a successful blend of sport and service.
On August 6, 2024, the Eta Nu Nu Chapter participated in National Night Out, fostering community spirit and safety awareness. The event brought together neighbors, law enforcement, and community leaders for an evening of fun, education, and unity. Through activities and outreach, the chapter strengthened bonds and reaffirmed its dedication to the well-being of the community.
Eta Nu Nu believes that addressing Black health disparities requires a sustained and collaborative effort from various sectors. Many of our Health Initiatives programs focuses on addressing both the social determinants of health and systemic issues.
Brother Dr. Judson L. Jeffries has written numerous articles for the Columbus Dispatch that informs and uplifts the community.
Eta Nu Nu is committed to enhancing the life chances of people of color as demonstrated by the many community service projects with which it is involved. In less than two years, Eta Nu Nu was twice recognized as Social Action Chapter of the Year by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's Fourth District which covers the states of Ohio and West Virginia. In April 2021, Eta Nu Nu won honors as the 4th District Small Chapter of the Year. In June 2022, Eta Nu Nu was the only Fraternity in Columbus, Ohio to receive the NPHC Columbus' Outstanding Leadership Award demonstrating our commitment to service.
In 2023 and 2024 we were again recognized by the Fourth District as 4th District Chapter of the Year, 4th District Basileus of the Year, 4th District Colonel Charles Young Military Leadership Award, 4th District Graduate Scholar of the Year.
