On October 26, 2025, the Eta Nu Nu Chapter participated in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K. Brothers walked alongside survivors, families, and community partners to raise awareness and support ongoing research and services. Through our collective effort, the chapter raised $1,500 to help advance the fight against breast cancer and uplift those impacted.
Uplift
On October 12, 2025, Brothers of the Eta Nu Nu Chapter gathered at Innis Park for the Club 497 Walk with the Bruhz—a fellowship and wellness initiative encouraging Brothers to stay active and connected. Together, the participating Brothers completed 25.68 miles, demonstrating commitment to physical health, mutual encouragement, and collective achievement.
Manhood
On October 25, 2025, members of the Eta Nu Nu Chapter attended the 2nd Annual Congressman John Lewis Prayer Breakfast at the Beza Event Center. This event honored the legacy of Congressman Lewis through reflection, unity, and a call to continue the work of justice and service. Our Chapter Brother, Bishop Timothy Clarke, served as the guest speaker, delivering a message that uplifted and inspired all in attendance.
On October 23, 2025 the Brothers of the Eta Nu Nu Chapter joined families at the Linden Recreation Center for our annual Trunk or Treat celebration. Brothers passed out candy, connected with families, and helped create a safe, fun Halloween experience for children in our community. This yearly event reflects our continued commitment to uplift, presence, and positive engagement in the neighborhoods we serve.

Eta Nu Nu is committed to enhancing the life chances of people of color as demonstrated by the many community service projects with which it is involved. In less than two years, Eta Nu Nu was twice recognized as Social Action Chapter of the Year by the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's Fourth District which covers the states of Ohio and West Virginia. In April 2021, Eta Nu Nu won honors as the 4th District Small Chapter of the Year. In June 2022, Eta Nu Nu was the only Fraternity in Columbus, Ohio to receive the NPHC Columbus' Outstanding Leadership Award demonstrating our commitment to service.
In 2023, 2024 and 2025 we were again recognized by the Fourth District as 4th District Chapter of the Year, 4th District Basileus of the Year, 4th District Colonel Charles Young Military Leadership Award, 4th District Graduate Scholar of the Year.
