The Eta Nu Nu Chapter proudly recognized four outstanding students as the winners of our 2025 International High School Essay Contest. These young scholars demonstrated exceptional writing ability, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the essay theme.
Our first place winner, earning a $1,500 scholarship, was Ms. Alana Gillette, a student at Westerville North High School. Her essay stood out for its clarity, insight, and compelling message.
The second place award of $1,000 was presented to Ms. Laniya Chatman from Groveport Madison High School, whose thoughtful perspective and strong writing skills earned high praise from the judges.
This year’s contest also featured a tie for third place, with two students each receiving a $500 scholarship. Mr. Rashad Jeffries of Westerville Central High School and Mr. Raynell Ford of Gahanna Lincoln High School both delivered impressive essays that showcased maturity, creativity, and strong analytical ability.
We congratulate all four winners for their remarkable achievements and commend them for representing their schools and communities with excellence. Their work reflects the promise and potential of the next generation of leaders.
